With a growing international presence in the gin-making industry, Four Pillars is a proud Victorian establishment daring to innovate how things are done. From the gin they create and share, to the building they occupy to do what they do best.
Four Pillars had outgrown their current facilities and now had the site next door to expand. As well as increasing their production capabilities, they were looking to introduce a food and hospitality offering at their Yarra Valley location. This endeavour was aspirational further - to minimise energy use, maximise closed-loop systems and ultimately achieve carbon neutrality in operation of the facility and in production of their gin.
